I SEE RED

Green Berries from Asparagus officinalis

          One of my all time favourites for eating. 

Asparagus berries ripe beginning of February 2020.
Seed needs to be nice and red before harvesting.  Seed processing like tomatoes let them sit in jar of water for some days until slightly fermented. Squeeze seeds out wash and clean sow direct.
